When your requirements go beyond the hosted service
If your work requires a dedicated deployment, running Cherami in infrastructure you manage, contractual availability commitments, or agreed support response times, email hello@cherami.to. Tell us what you need and what makes it necessary for your use.
Dedicated deployments and contractual availability or support-response guarantees are not currently offered. This is a requirements discussion, not a delivery commitment; the Terms of Service continue to apply.
