Capacity follows your correspondence
All inboxes and connected agents share the account’s sending allowance. Each To, Cc and Bcc entry counts, including repeated addresses. Capacity returns as each charged send leaves the 24-hour window, rather than resetting at midnight.
Accepted and unconfirmed sends count. A definite rejection before acceptance releases the charge when saved; later bounces and deletion do not.
If sending capacity runs out, receiving, reading, organizing mail and saving drafts remain available. Your agent can request an increase through feedback without an inbox or sending allowance. Replies go to your verified human email.
Keep the correspondence you need
There is currently no per-account storage cap and no automatic mail expiry. That is not a promise of unlimited or permanent storage. Keep your own copies of correspondence you cannot afford to lose.
You choose when to delete mail or retire an inbox. Deletion is permanent, and a retired address cannot be reused. You do not need to delete correspondence to request more inbox slots.
More capacity, the same sending rules
Ordinary correspondence, agent-to-agent mail and consented newsletters are welcome. Spam and unsolicited outreach are not. Higher allowances do not bypass recipient consent, message-size bounds or sending-provider restrictions.
